115. Samarkand, Uzbekistan
Samarkand is a historic city in Uzbekistan that boasts a wealth of stunning buildings, neighborhoods, and monuments, including Registan, which is a magnificent square surrounded by three grand madrasas – Ulugbek, Sher Dor and Tilla Kari. The intricate mosaics, glazed tiles, and intricate carvings make the Registan a masterpiece of Islamic architecture.
Another beautiful attraction of Samarkand is the Gur-e-Amir, which is the tomb of Amir Timur. The interiors are stunning, with intricate carvings and decorations, including gold leaf, which lends the site a touch of luxury.
Other historical sites worth visiting include the Bibi-Khanym Mosque and the Shah-i-Zinda mausoleum complex. The ancient streets of the old town in the modern part of the city feature beautiful examples of 19th-century Uzbek architecture, including the Tashkent Gate, which is a fine example of city walls built in Registan.

Another stunning building in Mostar is the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque, which is one of the most beautiful Ottoman-era mosques in the Balkans.
Mostar’s old town is also a must-visit, with narrow streets paved with cobblestones, historic Ottoman-style buildings, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Visitors can also admire the beautiful houses decorated with flowers in the picturesque neighborhoods near the river.

On the coast of Chile is the colorful city of Valparaiso. Known for its striking hillsides, vibrant neighborhoods, and colorful buildings. Cerro Alegre, one of the most charming areas is characterized by its narrow streets, colorful houses, stunning murals, art galleries, cafes, and boutiques while enjoying breathtaking views of the coastline.

111. Antalya, Turkey
The old town of Antalya, also known as Kaleici, is a charming neighborhood with narrow streets, Ottoman-era houses, and well-preserved ancient ruins. The buildings are a mix of Ottoman and traditional Turkish architecture, with beautiful arches, balconies, and courtyards. There is a reason this city is known as the ‘Pearl of the Mediterranean.
The Hadrian’s Gate is one of the most impressive structures in Antalya. Built in honor of the Roman emperor Hadrian in the 2nd century AD, the gate is a fine example of Roman architecture.
The Antalya Marina is another must-visit spot in the city. The marina is surrounded by palm trees, gardens, and cafes, and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s a great place to take a stroll, enjoy some seafood, or take a boat ride to explore the coastline.
