Costa Rica is one of the most popular destinations in Central and Latin America. This is due to it being one of the safest countries in the Americas, outstandingly beautiful, and filled with adventure and culture. For a location like this, we think that it is vital to have at least get one to two weeks of travel due to the highlights that Costa Rica has to offer. Now, here are some of the tours we want to suggest 6 different touring possibilities. To give you a general impression you will visit the famous Monteverde Cloud Forest, the capital city of San Jose, and enjoy beaches and wildlife, among many other things.

The first five tour options from Intrepid Travel which provides the “world’s widest range of adventure tours – or sustainable experience-rich travel”; and one option from Way to Go Tours, which offers tours from luxury resorts to Eco-lodges, high adventure thrills to quiet, up-close wildlife encounters, and visits to sites of ancient cultures or modern cities.

Way to Go Tours  – Costa Rica Luxury Adventure Multi-Family10-daysThe trip starts at Arenal Volcano where you can explore the rainforest and enjoy the Springs Resort and Spa. There are hot springs, hanging bridges, hiking, and rafting. Then, go to Monteverde Cloud Forest for a night hike, with zip-lining and howler monkeys. Next is the beach of Guanacaste with a 4-Bedroom private villa. Finally, sail on a private catamaran around the bay, and learn to surf and horseback ride together.

In the end, Costa Rica is a great location to visit. It is relatively untouched throughout most of the country, offering access to nature that most of us are not accustomed to. As well, the ability to learn and explore the culture is also something that you typically do not get in larger, more populated countries. There is a reason Costa Rica stands on its own as something outside the norm. This makes it seem like something to see.
